Community Volunteer Network: Leader Training, Gala, Gardening & More

CVN Chair's Report

Part of what makes CVN great is that the same people who participate in events are the ones who work with organizations to organize them, recruit and oversee volunteers, and follow up afterward.

In 2010, a number of people donated their time to coordinate volunteer and social events and to help improve our communications efforts. Special thanks to the following volunteers for their contributions:

Cheryl Hackley, Bryon Miller, Reco Thomas, Ben Wheeler (Monthly Volunteering Committee)

Jon Bunger, Marjorie Censer, Brynn Slate (Recurring Volunteering Committee)

Sara Abramson, Lisa Dorsey (Social Committee)

Tyler Cummings-Bond, Lauren House, Aamir Khwaja (Communications Committee)

Dan Bronson, Michael Manning, Heather Rabinowitz

If you're interested in joining the Leadership Team or a committee for 2011, please attend our Volunteer Leader Training next week or email me at cvn.chair@gmail.com.

Hope to see many of you soon!

Tiffany
