CVN: October Update

CVN Chair's Report

Happy Fall CVNers! We have some great new events this month. If you want to help out with USO care package stuffing, you need to sign up ASAP. Even though the deadline is not until the end of the month, all volunteer names need to be turned in by Monday, October 3rd. Don't miss out!
Another great opportunity is Arlington's 100 Homes Campaign. This is a three-day commitment and early in the morning, but it is a great opportunity to help those in need in Arlington.
October 22nd is Make a Difference Day and CVN is participating through the ATS Garden Group workday. This workday will be in conjunction with the Arlington Traditional School Fall Festival. If you have never been to the garden, this is a great chance to check it out.
Another date to note is our monthly meetup. We are changing the day from Tuesday to Thursday in October. On Thursday, 10/13, we will be at Capital City Brewing in Shirlington. See you there!
